Nor Cal Ram-Jack is a foundation repair company helping customers with their foundation repairs. We serve areas across Northern California from Sacramento County to Lake Tahoe to the North Bay Area.

This position supports the General Manager, Operations Manager, Sale Department, & Accounting.

Responsibilities include:

·         General Front Desk Duties - phones, mail, supply management

·         Errands

·         Conference room management

·         A/P – invoice entry and account reconciliation

·         Document management

·         Additional tasks as assigned Requirements: • 5+ YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE • Experience in in Construction a plus, but not necessary • Knowledge and working proficiency in Quick Books, Word, Excel, Outlook. Excel is the primary software used. • Proven, successful track record • Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, adaptable to change & multidimensional • Ability to demonstrate poise, initiative, tact and diplomacy • A high level of urgency, professionalism and integrity • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Must have a clean background for past 7 years with no felony convictions or crimes against others Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug test We particularly encourage applications from candidates whose race, national origin, sex, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status or physical disability will contribute to our diversity.
