    Job Description

    Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination Store Warehouse/Purchasing position. The Warehouse/Purchasing person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. The primary duty of each employee is to perform their job functions so as to maximize the profits of Norco. Every employee is required to be punctual, efficient, ethical, and professional in conduct and dress and to work as part of a team with a positive attitude with respect for coworkers and customers.

    • Receive all freight shipped to the store
    • Bin locate all items received for stock into their appropriate locations
    • Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and place orders when necessary
    • Generate Purchase Orders and Return Goods Authorization information when needed
    • Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location
    • Prepares all items to be shipped daily
    • Notifies appropriate parties of shipments received
    • Maintain bin locations and bar code labels of inventory in warehouse
    • Maintain bin locations and bar code labels in show room with up-to-date pricing
    • Educates staff on inventory accuracy and reduction of human errors
    • Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
    • Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
    • Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
    • Pay: $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr Depending on Experience
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Good communications skills
    • Good organizational and customer service skills
    • Basic mathematics skills
    • Basic knowledge of industrial and medical home care products and supplies
    • Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
    • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
    • Ability to read written materials, PC screen, etc.
    • Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with customers
    • Previous computer experience
    • Markets the company in a positive and professional manner
