Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Store Warehouse Team Member position. The Warehouse person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis, to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion, and serve walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Properly prepare all items to be shipped and received on a daily basis
• Notify and communicate to appropriate parties of shipment status
• Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
• Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location
• Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Supporting drivers and customer service staff.
• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
• Answer telephone calls promptly
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
• Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
• Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
• Keep showroom stocked, clean, organized and presentable
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
• Starting wage $17-19/Hr

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on an occasional basis
• Basic mathematics skills
• Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
• Ability to work efficiently in managing warehouse with freight in and out
• Previous experience with warehousing a plus.
• Valid Driver's License
