    Job Description

    Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Assistant Manager position. The Medical Store Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her store in the absence of the Medical Store Manager, and assists the Medical Store Manager in performing his/her daily tasks. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Educates and enforces stores staff on the laws, codes and regulations (i.e. FDA, DOT and OSHA) that pertain to services and equipment provided by Norco Medical
    • Supervises the testing, evaluating, documentation and maintenance of adequate inventory level of liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen
    • Evaluates, documents and rectifies all safety hazards in and around the office and warehouse
    • Works with store personnel and clinical specialists to meet all customer requirements
    • Communicates and resolves problems with patients, referral sources and insurance companies
    • Assists in preparing driver routes, logs route changes and driver communication on route sheets as they occur
    • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Prior sales and/or management experience preferred
    • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
    • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36"
    • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
