Project Manager/Civil Engineer at a growing employee-owned engineering consulting firm with offices across the Northeast. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Land Development team working on a variety of civil engineering projects for our private and public sector clients. As the Project Manager, you will be involved in all phases of the work, including planning, design, and construction administration and will work with an established team of professionals to solve problems, reduce risk and costs, optimize performance, and satisfy client needs. Projects will include conceptual planning, zoning review, grading, site layout, stormwater management system design, utility design erosion sediment control design and permitting. Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials. As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for you will be responsible for managing projects for our commercial and institutional clients. As part of this position, you will develop and direct the technical scope of each project, manage project budgets, serve as the primary client and regulatory agency point of contact, and manage both internal staff and sub-consultants during the execution of the work. On each project, you will be responsible for technical oversight of the civil engineering scope of work, coordination with other disciplines, and quality control.

Required Experience

• 8-15+ years of experience in the design and environmental permitting for site development projects. A minimum of 1 year must include project management responsibilities;
• BS/MS degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar engineering degree;
• Ability to speak and write professionally;
• PE registration preferred.
