A Water/ Wastewater Practice Leader position at a privately held, full-service engineering consulting firm. This firm provides lasting and integrated solutions in water, environment, transportation, energy, and facilities to public and private clients worldwide. As the Practice Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead client engagement and business development for water infrastructure and resource services for multiple municipal clients in the New York metropolitan area. Some responsibilities will include, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand the company, developing and managing proposal efforts, and leading select projects on your area of experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering
-Professional engineering (PE) license
-15 years of related experience
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands

Qualifications:

-Alternative delivery experience
-Proven experience in winning and managing municipal water, wastewater, solid waste, and drainage projects in the New England market in an Engineering/Consulting firm
-Strong client relationships in the municipal water market
