We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing wastewater projects to join our nationally recognized privately held engineering consulting firm, which operates across four locations in Texas. As part of this role, you will assume the pivotal position of the primary contact for planning and designing wastewater projects within the state, while also contributing to business development efforts for our esteemed Texas clientele. Our firm has a long-standing history of providing exceptional water services in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage municipal wastewater services projects across any of our Texas offices.
2. Offer technical expertise, senior leadership, and mentorship to engineering staff, further enhancing our wastewater treatment planning and design capabilities.
3. Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget development, diligently monitoring and ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control of critical deliverables and provide support on projects managed by colleagues within the office.
5. Collaborate with Client Service Leaders to engage in technical marketing activities within the region.
6. Participate actively in professional societies relevant to the industry, fostering personal and organizational growth.
7. Cultivate and nurture positive working relationships with key decision makers in our clients' organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience.

Certification/License Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current professional engineering license in the state of Texas, highly preferred.
• Previous experience in managing wastewater projects.
• Prior involvement in wastewater projects for municipal clients and demonstrated expertise in managing multi-discipline project teams.
• Excellent communication, networking, and team-building skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating directly with Texas municipal water clients.
