Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Project Manager

Responsibilities:

As the Wastewater Treatment Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand and lead our treatment plant design team members from multiple offices. The ideal individual will be given the opportunity to be our seller-doer where they will have the support to develop and maintain client relationships, position for and win projects, and lead the design team in various capacities in the analysis and design of wastewater treatment plant projects. This will include developing and maintaining workload, assuring the production-quality work, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The location of the role is available in the  Dallas, Houston, or Austin offices. Expertise: The successful candidate will have a solid history of successfully winning and managing work in the wastewater treatment plant design markets.

Qualifications:

• Previous treatment plant design experience including development of conceptual/preliminary designs, detailed design document preparation, and engineering support during construction.
• Desire to mentor design engineers
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 12 years experience.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas or the ability to receive a TX P.E. through reciprocity.
