    Norima Consulting is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow technical consultant to become a part of our professional services business.

    This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong technical, communications and organizational skills, who is eager to succeed and become part of a growing company.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT Candidate must be comfortable working remotely. Utilizing collaborative systems to work as a team is an essential skill. Candidate must enable themselves to work efficiently, with minimal oversight and to best utilize their time to meet goals and timelines both internal and customer facing. RESPONSIBILITIES

    Involvement in all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and service delivery, including:

    • Application UI Configuration and Customizations
    • Workflow Configuration and Customizations using Flow Designer.
    • Develop systems integrations and process automation.
    • Ability to Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers
    • Custom Application development
    • Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
    • Business Analysis, Sprint Planning, User Story Definition
    • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
    • Support sales of software and services through demonstrations and customer presentations
    • Provide value-based assessments and requirement workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
    • Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
    • Work collaboratively as a key member of project delivery team
    • Work collaboratively with both Technical and Non-technical Customers
    • Be Professional and Courteous in all engagements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles
    • Proven expertise and/or experience (2+ years) as a key ServiceNow technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
    • IT Operations and IT Security experience is preferred.

    CERTIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations.

    ServiceNow Accreditations and Certifications are a plus, specifically:

    • ServiceNow CSA: Certified System Administrator - Required
    • CIS – ITSM
    • ITOM Certifications
    • CIS – Discovery
    • CIS – Service Mapping
    • CIS – Event Management
