Major biotech co is searching for a VP, Market Access (niche therapeutic market). This role reports to the President of the company and will play a critical leadership role in developing, leading and coordinating plans aimed at building, shaping and expanding access and securing reimbursement for their therapeutic products through demonstration of value to payers, physicians and healthcare systems across the U.S.

- Responsible for all aspects of Market Access including strategy and marketing, field-based account management, patient access & reimbursement services, channel strategy and operations, and pricing and contracting operations.

Qualifications

- B.A. or B.S. required, MBA and/or advanced degree in life sciences or medical degree preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in US in the bio/pharmaceutical environment., including 7+ years of experience in Market Access function (with national direct responsibility for Pricing, Reimbursement, Market Access, or Policy).

- Can live in any major city

Compensation- Low to mid 6 figures (base salary + uncapped bonus), great benefit package
