Title: Clinical Field Specialist

Territory: All of California and Hawaii, from LA or San Diego. 

Company: New generation respiratory monitoring manufacturer.

Description:

• Collaborate with Sales team within territory to educate customers on features and benefits of products.
• Actively participate with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, presentations and implementations as required.
• Act as the clinical product expert for products.
• Assess and communicate with leadership on customer education needs during the sales process to develop the scope of required training post-sale.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for product in existing accounts.

Requirements:

• RN or RT with 3-5 years’ experience in a critical care environment. (ICU, ED, PACU)
• Prior Medical Device Education preferred but not required.
• Position may include up to 70% overnight travel.
• Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint ,Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proven writing skills
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Technical ability to understand and teach complex clinical solutions

Compensation:

Base salary of $90k depending on experience, plus approximately $40k bonus to have a total income of about $130k annually + health/dental + Company Car + Expenses + Communications Package.
