    North Alabama House Buyer is looking to hire more full-time Cold Callers & Text Blasters for our US-based real estate company. This role is 40 hours per week working Tuesday-Saturday. Hours may vary between 9 am – 9 pm EST. Overtime and extra hours may be available if you qualify. We have an awesome culture focused on building you up as a person first. We want you to be the best version of yourself while working with us and enjoy setting appointments. We are a house-buying company based in North Alabama and looking to grow our team. Responsibilities: • Text (SMS) high volume of phone numbers daily • Call a high volume of phone numbers each day • Get information from potential sellers to understand the condition of properties/land/commercial buildings • Uncover seller motivation prior to walkthrough appointments • Have professional, personable, and energetic phone conversations with sellers to understand specific characteristics of the property they want to sell • Must be knowledgeable with Ring Central and other CRM tools • Strong work ethic and desire to accomplish daily goals • Enthusiastic personality and eager to work • Work well in a team environment and motivating to co-workers and teammates Qualifications: • +2 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Experience with cold calling and text (SMS) blasting Compensation: $4 - $7 hourly
