    NABCO is looking for highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and sales experience to excel within an Inside Sales Technician position at our corporate headquarters in Burbank. NABCO conducts direct inbound phone/email sales to electrical wholesalers/distributors across the country, so any applicable electrical industry experience is a plus, though not required for this position. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: customer service, quote generation, product knowledge, technical guidance, order processing, problem solving, team building, and direct sales (absolutely NO cold calls/telemarketing).     Normal business hours are M-F, 8-4:30 but can be earlier/later (actual operational hours are 4:30 AM/PST - 5:30 PM/PST for our East Coast customers).
