Supports the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs covering the following:
- Salary administration
- Salary structure design and implementation; data management for salary survey participation
- Compensation and benefits package design
- Rewards program design and implementation
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong attention to details

- High analytical skills
- Tolerance for operational/transactional activities, but willing to take on strategic Compensation planning projects
- Proficient in using HRIS/MS Office tools
Required Experience
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in compensation and benefits planning and administration in a medium to large company
- Knowledge/Experience in participation to salary and benefits survey, C&B administration transactions (job offers, promotion, salary increase, etc.)
