Title: Full-Time SBO Customer Service Representative (HYBRID) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt We are growing! MedSrv is a market leader in the healthcare receivables industry, serving hospitals, physicians' practices, and consumers for over 30 years. Our team is looking for knowledgeable and self-disciplined individuals to join us in a fast-paced call center environment. We provide our healthcare communities with one-call resolution while assisting patients in resolving open medical balances. Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in the healthcare revenue cycle.
