    We currently have a career opportunity for a polished, assertive, and dynamic professional in our Salt Lake City office. As our Inside Client Service Representative, you will assist our clients each day by providing telephone support and working closely with each client to ensure they are 100% satisfied with our collection services. This job consists of taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls to clients to answer general questions and/or solve issues or problems as they arise.

    Work Schedule:

    Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.

    Two 20-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute lunch.

    Availability to occasionally work until 5pm. This is seldom the case.

    Skill Requirements:

    Reliability is a must.

    Energetic and organized individual with Client Service, Customer Service or Public Relations experience.

    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

    Effectively learn and use all tools and resources to meet our clients’ needs.

    Exceptional communication and client service skills to de-escalate challenging situations.

    Exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to accuracy, and detail.

    Demonstrate a high sense of urgency by acting quickly on client requests and responding promptly to emails, messages, and voicemails.

    Ability to manage client expectations, handle clients professionally and with empathy to retain, repair and build relationships with clients.

    Ability to interact effectively with top-tier professionals.

    Ability to work as a member of a team.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

    Initiative and creativity in the client service process.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and working knowledge of computers.
