As one of the fastest growing sales companies in the US, we are searching for new sales reps in this area. We work primarily with young families and Seniors. Earn you first paycheck within 3 weeks. Our average sales rep earns over $100k annually. Our top sales rep earns over $1.5 million annually. We are looking for self motivated individuals who like to work in a team atmosphere but also like to be paid based on your own efforts. Sales experience is not required but it is preferred. We have a robust training platform. We are part of a large parent company with roots over 100 years old. This division is only 8 years old but it creates some tremendous growth opportunities. We believe in creating a supportive family atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish goals for individual sales
• Participate in daily sales calls to identify areas of improvement
• Report on individual performance
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Obtain required state life insurance license
