    Job Description

    ENTRY-LEVEL, CUSTOMER SERVICE

    If you have a Bachelor Degree and are searching for an ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE position, this may be a great opportunity for you! We are currently looking for enthusiastic associates to JOIN OUR DECEMBER 15TH AND JANUARY 1ST TRAINING CLASSES!

    While working for a well-known manufacturing company, you will work in a professional environment and gain valuable CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. The ideal candidates are those searching for an entry-level position in the general field of CUSTOMER SERVICE, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance.

    GENERAL INFO:

    • Pay Rate: $17/hr.
    • Education Requirement: 4-year/Bachelor Degree
    • Location: This is an ONSITE position in Cypress, CA
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 Saturdays per month (half-days on Saturdays)
    • Work Schedule: May be any 8-hour shift between 8am -8pm
    • Position Type: Full-time, long-term contract position - no scheduled end date
    • Interview Process: Phone screen with recruiter then a virtual interview with the hiring manager(s). You will need a quiet place and access to a webcam for the virtual interview (45-minutes)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (basic responsibilities for each role, not inclusive. After the interview, you may be placed in one of these roles, depending on the needs of the company):

    Early Customer Account Representative

    • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls oN customer accounts (collections)
    • Skip tracing (minimal)
    • Generate effective solutions for customer’s delinquent accounts
    • Update database with accurate information (data entry)

    Customer Service Representative

    • Daily filing of open orders and sorting incoming mail
    • Process outgoing letters and prepare shipments
    • Prepare off-site files for imaging and storage, completing transmittal logs
    • Assist in other areas as needed

    Funder

    • Review and verify funding documents from Dealerships
    • Receive status calls from dealerships and effectively resolve conflicts
    • Follow up on issues in a timely manner

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Self-starter and eager to learn, maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude, able to multi-task and research to solve problems.
    • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Able to pass a background check and drug test
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
