North American Staffing Group (NASG) has partnered with an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS in North America, to hire an extraordinary Customer Service Representative. This position is currently located in Madrona, CA and has the possibility of relocating to Chino, CA

GENERAL INFO:

• Pay Rate: $17/hr.
• Education Requirement: 4-year/bachelor’s degree
• Location: This is an ONSITE position in Madrona, CA and may move to Chino, CA.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Position Type: Full-time, long-term contract position - no scheduled end date. 
• Benefits: NASG benefits eligible (Medical, Dental, Vision, IRA, various Aflac options), after 60-days.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Center Environment
• Computer experience: Windows: Excel, Word
• Software application: PeopleSoft
• Positive interpersonal skills, 
• Strong Team Player 
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Punctual and dependable
