Staffing Studio is seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated nanny to join a wonderful family for three full days per week. While the schedule is set for three days, the family is open to discussing flexibility regarding the specific days and hours for the right candidate. The heart of this position is a deep passion for the toddler-preschool stage; we are seeking someone who truly loves this age group and possesses a strong understanding of early childhood growth and development. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity and learning through play. Base Hours: Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:00am-5:00pm ****

Charges: Girl, 2 years

Hourly Rate: $30+/hour, competitive based on experience and fit

Benefits: Guaranteed 24 hours minimum pay/week, 6 paid vacation days, major holidays paid/off, 3 sick/personal days

Start Date : Early August 2026

Job description:

• Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the child
• Facilitating engaging and age appropriate activities, crafts, games, and learning opportunities
• Maintaining child's schedule
• Meals/Feeding
• Help with child's Laundry
• Maintaining a tidy work environment/child spaces
• Supporting overall growth and development of a toddler!

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional childcare experience
• Comfortable with one friendly 8 year old dog
• Comfortable with parents working from home
• Looking for long-term commitment
• Self-starter with a pitch-in attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Non-smokers only, please.
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid Certification
• Cheery and Helpful Disposition
• Background Check (provided by agency)
• Driving Record (provided by agency)
• Takes good direction on parenting style then requires minimal to no oversight

Nice to haves:

• Experience teaching toddler-preschool
• Background in early childhood development
