    Job Description Internet Solutions (IS), a division within Jack Henry & Associates, is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to join our team here in Charlotte, NC. Our team s focus is to develop internet banking and mobile software solutions for use by banks and credit unions running on JHA and Symitar core platforms. In this role, you will be expected to manage the software engineering aspects for delivery of products & services within Internet Solutions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to execute product delivery, provide strategic guidance and deliver architecture solutions to development and architecture teams. About Our Team The Internet Solutions Software Engineering group sets the technical direction for our critical online banking products, including our new Treasury Management platform. Our goal is to reduce the risk in delivering complex online banking software solutions while driving revenue growth in new or existing products. Duties include software development standards & best practices, code reviews, architectural reviews, architectural roadmaps, managing the source code build process, and working with key internal and external partners and vendors. This position must be located in Charlotte, NC. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 15 years of experience in Information Technology including Software Development, Architecture, Program/Project/Product Management. Experience working with Microsoft .Net Applications. Must have 5 years of experience as a manager over technology teams encompassing software development, architecture, quality assurance, and project delivery. Must have experience working in the financial services industry Demonstrated experience in building and driving product delivery teams. Ability to define and lead integration architecture solutions. Able to travel up to 25% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree preferred. Strong knowledge in Online banking or Payments (ACH, wire transfers) Leadership skills that include discipline, software development process expertise, agile, risk management, and complex solving. Prior experience managing multiple development teams. Experience the following programming languages: C#, C++, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, XML, VB.NET, VB 6.0 Outstanding verbal and written communication Proven relationship builder Proven strategic and conceptual thinking Ability to provide hands on solution orientation ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversees the development of our new online banking platform targeting the commercial needs of our customers. Oversees development of the business integration architecture. Ensures alignment of technology to the business strategy. Oversees systematic application integration to reduce integration costs and complexities and create an adaptive enterprise. Determines current and target software engineering practice maturity. Supports portfolio of new product development projects. Selects, prioritizes and tracks projects. Manages coordination and comprehensive inventory of applications and integration points. Communication with existing and new customers via verbal and written channels. Building effective relationships with partner groups across the enterprise. Provides guidance to achieve technical consistency. Leads and supports integration activities (data, system and process) with the cooperation/coordination of subject matter experts. Assesses and selects technologies and tools for the advancement and creation of our products.
