We are a therapist owed private establishment that opened in January 2009. We're a multi-disciplinary clinic that have the following disciplines: PTs, OTs, SLP, and MTs. We serve patients in our Cary Office, as well as in outpatient establishments such as daycares, preschools, assisted living centers and in patients home.Our Therapists are provided home care kits of pediatric and adult supplies. You can also check out equipment such as hand bikes, exercise balls, weights, along with assessment materials.You'll develop individualized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques, teach and supervise patients and their families on procedures as related to patient therapy programs and evaluate the patients home environment and make appropriate recommendations.You'll need to thoroughly document each visit made to the patient in a prompt manner on WebPT. Our expectations are that you will provide 32+ visits per week. You'll cover an area of 20-30 mile radius from your home base.We work as partners with you to ensure we are building your caseload and developing your career.This position offers a $1500 to $5000 sign on bonus!We are a Therapy company providing therapy services and treatments for nearly 7 years in North Carolina. Our clinic boasts highly trained and educated therapists as well as the option of in-home therapy.
