Robert Half is looking for Senior Program Manager who shares our client's passion for technology, innovation, and excellence. As a Program Manager you will plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of our projects across a Portfolio Management platform. You will work closely with Program Managers of consuming products to align on product delivery. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience working with technology and business partners to produce results in a timely manner. The candidate will work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects to maintain all aspects of the overall software development lifecycle and ensure the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases. What you'll do: Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects Decide on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinate cross-project activities Prepare and communicate platform wide project roadmaps Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements Preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances, initiate corrective actions Apply change, risk and resource management Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI Resolve projects' higher scope issues Prepare reports and communicate across multiple levels of leadership Facilitate key team and stakeholder meetings Job Requirements Proven experience as a Program Manager or other Project Manager position Formal training in project management practices Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability BS or MS in computer science or related technical field Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is preferred - provided by Dice
