Responsibilities:
Responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure the salon runs smoothly. This includes customer service, computer work, and light cleaning duties.
SALES of tanning products and memberships to customers.
Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Proactively building loyalty and longterm relationships with customers
Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Cash handling, opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Proven customer service experience
Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
Polished professional appearance
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and organization
Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
