    North Florida Title Company will be opening a new location in Jacksonville. We are looking for a professional Closing Agent for the new office.  You must have real estate closing/title experience, not bank closing experience to qualify. You must have marketing experience to qualify. Please do NOT apply if you have never conducted a Real Estate Closing, you will not be qualified based on any other experience. The ideal candidate must have closing experience, as well as exceptional customer service skills as this is a customer driven industry. Ideally we would like someone who is a Florida Licensed Title Agent, but it is not a current requirement for hire. Please know that we will require any candidates to become licensed at a future date. All candidates must be a Florida Notary Public. All salary packages will be based on experience and licensing. Responsibilities: • Review and comply with all contract terms. • Review and clear title for closings. • Prepare closing documents as needed for each transaction. • Properly fund and disburse all transactions. • Manage lower level employees, as needed. • Effectively market title insurance needs to Realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers. • Establish and maintain relationships with the community. • Coordinate and conduct closings smoothly and efficiently. • Perform any general office functions, as needed. Qualifications: • Prior experience conducting closings. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Closers’ Choice (or similar closing software). • Knowledge of QuickBooks, if needed. • Ability to initiate work without supervision, multi-task. • Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. • Detail oriented. • Extremely effective organization skills along with the ability to meet strict deadlines. • Confidence to market and create relationships in order to successfully build up the company. • Ability to pass a background check. • High school diploma. • Florida Notary Public (required). • Florida Licensed Title Agent (will be required within 1 year or less of hiring). Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
