Logging daily tips and hours in Google Drive
Answering all emails in a timely manner
Organize all storage zones and office
Performing weekly meetings with the management team and tracking budgeted metrics, operational hurdles and other important details pertaining to the location.
Guest Feedback Follow Up: Responding to all Reviews via Google, Open Table and Tattle.
Inbound Event Bookings: Coordinating with NHB guests in the booking process of our spaces within the venue and collaborating with Cohatch Community manager to assist in event planning and execution of events on site and in Beachwood.
Financial Duties:
DSS and Running Deposits To Bank
Running Deposits To Bank & Facilitating bi-weekly payroll reports with HR.
Managing the store's financial budget by month and performing necessary tasks to ensure the store remains profitable.
Double Checking Monthly Inventory via R365, BM Responsibility to Facilitate.
Maintain Low Pars and Less Product on Hand to effectively run business.
Toast: Creating and removing buttons to ensure day to day operations are cohesive and communicating those changes with the Finance Manager.
Ensuring Employees are being tipped out regularly by the Beverage Manager.
Cleanliness of Venue:
Upkeep of Cleanliness Practices ensuring best practices are being followed for the entire property. This includes maintaining Manager Checklists and all FOH Checklists.
Bar Manager to assist with Bar Specific Checklists.
Organize all storage zones and office (weekly)
Direct Contact for Cleaning Company - Coordinating deep cleaning tasks once a month. (She just needs the contact)
Working with internal teams to ensure cleanliness requirements are being met and overseeing daily cleanliness operations are taking place, including Front of House and Back of House including the inside and outside of property.
Performing a Daily Walkthrough - Delegating Tasks to Support Staff
Creating a Weekly and Monthly Cleaning Guide - to ensure your venue is kept clean and organized. Consistency is Key!
Staffing:
Interviewing potential employees and processing applications for employment
Onboarding New Employees; Doyle HCM, Toast, Kickfin, EHX Payroll including the completion of Efficient Forms, Handbook Signage, Sexual Harassment Training and I9 completion prior to employees first day of training.
Assure all new employees have access to R365 and Kickfin
Facilitate all terminations with a exit interview option
Reviewing all staffing levels biweekly with the use of NHB Labor Budget Sheets.
Promoting servers to bartenders and overseeing their ENHB training program.
Marketing:
Posting to Designated Programs: Instagram
