    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with local schools, civic and community organizations to schedule educational presentations, and develop opportunities to participate in related events.
    • Create age-appropriate presentations that promote NPWA's mission, watershed protection, and water conservation.
    • Successfully represent NPWA at community events by developing water industry expertise and maintaining current knowledge of industry regulations and news.
    • Independently maintain a presentation, program, and contact database.
    • Work with team members to complete administrative and public relations related tasks.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Associate's degree in Public Relations required; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create effective visual presentations.
    • Confident public speaker with the ability to cultivate professional relationships.
    • Organized and able to multi-task.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
