As a Customer Service Representative, you will be on the frontline of helping North Penn Water Authority accomplish its mission to support our community and positively impact the environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Positively interact with customers in person, and during phone conversations.
    • Assist customers by answering water quality and account questions, and resolving issues.
    • Consistently communicate information with co-workers and external business partners on a timely basis.
    • Create Service Orders that include comprehensive notes.
    • Schedule appointments with existing customers, and appointments for new installations.
    • Process payments, and assist customers with processing online payments.
    • Record detailed account information, process account adjustments, and prepare bill calculations for specific situations.
    • Assist with office administration tasks.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Professional nature with a service-oriented attitude.
    • Organized, patient, and diligent with details.
    • Collaborative, but able to complete work independently.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • High School graduate or GED.
    • 2 – 4 years of Customer Service or related work is preferred.
    • Valid Driver's License required.
