We are looking to add a coach to our North Scottsdale location to instruct group classes.

We specialize in 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training for groups between 10-30 people.

The current hours available are a combination of morning and evening shifts 5a-1p, 4-730p and rotating Saturdays 7-11a with potential of 15-20 hours per week.

Job Description: You need to be able to do the following things well:

Coach large groups of individuals from ALL fitness levels through strength and metabolic style workouts.

Bring amazing energy and a positive attitude EVERY DAY.

Be able to COMPETENTLY explain and demonstrate proper exercise form for large groups and correct form during classes.

Be able to use coaching CUES to help members understand exercise form and offer substitutions/modifications where necessary.

Lift weights for demonstration and participate in HIIT style classes regularly.

Problem solve and take initiative.

Take down and set up for following day.

Clean up the gym for following shifts.

Use multiple software programs like Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRMs, social media.

Skills/Requirements:

College degree in fitness related field OR certification in personal training.

PAID coaching experience required. Must list on resume.

Customer service experience.

Administration experience is a plus.
