POSITION SUMMARY
The International Trade Compliance Specialist – Generalist is a member of the central WINA International Trade Compliance team focused on the operational needs at the individual operating companies providing support in the implementation of the WINA International Trade Compliance Program. The ITC Specialist - Generalist is the liason in and amongst the WINA central team and the various operating companies, assisting with all international trade compliance responsibilities and ensuring these responsibilities are monitored and managed. This person’s responsibilities will include: active participation and completion of classification for use in import/export; assistance with the development and implementation of work instructions necessary to meet WINA International Trade Compliance Program policies; providing assistance with the implementation of the recordkeeping process; daily oversight of import/export operational activities; generation of documentation necessary for import/export to occur; enabling compliance at the individual company level by providing any necessary support and assistance which may be required; and any necessary activities to be undertaken in sustaining a firm knowledge of the company’s business partners, relative to import/export requirements to conduct business.

Required Skills Required Experience

*Advice Supervisor immediately regarding any hazardous materials (HAZ-MAT) cargo and/or any irregularities (e.g., spills, damaged items, pilferage, etc.).
*Compliance with WFS policy for reporting injuries, incidents, damage, and theft:
