THIS ROLE IS WITH THE DOLE FRESH VEGETABLES (DFV) DIVISION. DFV WILL PROVIDE INTERNAL CANDIDATES PRIORITY AND CONSIDERATION OF THEIR SUCCESS IN EXISTING AND PRIOR ROLES AS VALID EXPERIENCE.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
This position participates in the delivery of value to specific internal and external business customers through the successful analysis, evaluation, implementation, and support of ERP systems for Dole Fresh Vegetables.

Required Experience
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, designing and implementing end-to-end Oracle Fusion cloud ERP solutions and working with relevant Oracle ERP applications.
Minimum 5 years of strong and in-depth experience working on comparable ERP implementation projects (preferably cloud and preferably Oracle stack) and delivering ERP solutions to various business areas including functional understanding in either one of Finance, Supply Chain, WMS or Order Management.
Minimum 5 years of system analysis and data analysis experience. Ability to perform fit/gap analysis of ERP systems for the business processes and analyze as-is vs to-be processes.
Experience with Oracle cloud technology such as OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, OTBI. Experience with APEX / VBCS a plus.
Hands-on experience in and excellent understanding of data integration and system interface building process.
Skilled to perform user provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion.
Experience with cloud based (preferably Oracle) planning applications and BI technologies, a plus.
Proven analytical skills.
Experience with and excellent grasp of relational and dimensional data modeling would be plus.
Requirement definitions, process mapping, solution evaluation techniques, strong interpersonal communications, and presenting recommendations.
Experience working with a combination of offshore/onsite/remote team.
Strong mathematical and analytics skills, desired.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently; ability to maintain positive working relationships.
Must be able to communicate clearly and possess good writing skills.

Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers (end users) as well as mid and senior level management, vendors and IT colleagues to ensure successful completion and ongoing operation of project efforts. Communicates and sets appropriate expectations for projects and the resulting systems components.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
BA/BS degree in IT / computer science, business information systems or computer engineering from a 4-year accredited school or equivalent work experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk or hear to communicate, as well as maneuver around an array of equipment, bend, stoop and climb stairs. The employee must occasionally lift (including overhead) and/or up to 15 lbs.

Ability to work beyond normal working hours (member of the after-hours support team; may be expected to work beyond the normal hours of duty where system failure or upgrade requires the knowledge and experience possessed).
