Job Description
Responsible and accountable for assisting the Registered Dietician for the Dietary Department operations and training of Dietary staff
Responsible to fill vacant dietary positions in the absence of the cook/aide
Responsible for ensuring the Dietary department excels in cleanliness and sanitation
Responsible and accountable for patient satisfaction with all aspects of dietary services
Responsible for ordering food and dietary department supplies
Responsible and accountable for catering for Hospital meetings and special events.
