Commercial Mortgage experience a plus with the following qualities: 1) Good communication/writing skills 2) Team player 3) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 4) Technical background a plus 5) Detail oriented 6) Project management Business analysis, including client requirements assessment, specification of enhancements, and process improvement recommendations Assist in management of customer base on ongoing business, including customer relations, client check-ups, customer correspondence and event coordination, analysis of need for enhancements and management of the development cycle for those enhancements. Internal process improvement, including working with the technical staff to develop and implementing efficient processes and procedures while striving for a standard System Development Life Cycle; ensure that all required documentation is completed.
