Job Description

On the North Star Events team, you’ll work closely with our clients and executive level team to host product launches to increase exposure and sales for our clients. As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you'll have the pleasure of representing a wide range of clients anywhere from sports and fitness to health and beauty and everything in between. Here at North Star Events, we create a unique experience for our clients by introducing their brands in exclusive retail locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop new consumer and business accounts through demonstration of product or service features to potential customers.

-Engage consumers with hands-on interactions in exclusive retail locations that get products noticed.

-Promoting products and/or services through in-store marketing activities, such as in-person demonstrations, at retailers throughout the area

-Build report with potential customers and assist with their needs and concerns

-Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.

Staying up to date with product or service features.

REQUIREMENTS

-3+ years of customer service experience or academia

-Thrives in a team environment, can relate to any personality-type

-Works well in an active, fast paced environment

-Must have a positive attitude, and excitement to learn

-Able to seek and apply feedback
