    Job Description

    Customer service reps needed! We distribute an all-in-one air purification/sanitizing system that uses water as the filter. We are seeking both men and women for both full-time and part-time entry-level positions. This is considered an essential personnel position, not affected by the virus/stay-at-home order that has gone into affect.

    Your duties would include set up and display of our air purification system, answering questions from our clients, explaining all the benefits of our system, including the health benefits it provides for our customers. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement. We are a company that traditionally promotes from within, and is purely merit-based.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Our company has many leads in the Greater Houston area, all people who have already shown an interest in our products via social media. So we have plenty of clients and no shortage of work.

    We provide a very good base pay, as well as commissions and bonuses. Must be a licensed driver with your own vehicle to be considered.
