    CANDIDATES WHO RESIDE IN SBA-DESIGNATED HUBZONE AREAS WILL BE GIVEN SPECIAL CONSIDERATION.  JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The primary duties are to assist the QC Manager in processing and maintaining files for submittals, preparing and publishing reports and meeting minutes.
    • Operate a computer, telephone and other commonly used business-related items.
    • Handle multiple disruptions with rapidly changing priorities to accomplish project goals.
    • Exhibit the required visual and auditory skills.
    • Occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short distances QUALIFICATIONS
    • Have a High school diploma.
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Type 45 WPM.
    • Possess good customer service skills.
    • Exhibit ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Previous relative work experiences in construction management are required.
    • Flexible, well organized, detailed oriented and multi-tasked.
    • 10-Key by touch preferred.
    • Basic math skills.
