    JOB DESCRIPTION

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

    The Building Information Modeler (BIM) will be responsible for the set up of structural models based on the project architectural model. This position will ensure BIM standards and guidelines are followed and be able to produce deliverables based on guidance from project engineers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Modeling building structures using Revit Architecture.
    • Understanding of basic Revit functions and processes.
    • Assist project engineers in coordination of drawings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate degree in Design and Drafting.
    • Two (2) years of experience.
    • Experience with Revit Architecture.

    MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Potentially around construction equipment when visiting job sites, be able to handle loud noises.
    • Be able to read and sit in front of computer screen for long periods of time.
    • Ability to keep and handle confidential documents.
