North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA, West Location is looking to hire a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Loss Prevention Inventory Specialist. Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually
• Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things
• Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software application such as: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of inventory preferred
• Must be reliable and have a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
• Comfortable with change and confident in problem solving capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information
• Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively
• Be able to perform the job are essential functions; use of arm, abdominal and lower back muscles to stand in one spot for prolonged periods. Must be able to walk and reach and lift up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis and greater on an infrequent basis and spend 100% of work time standing and moving.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A LOSS PREVENTION INVENTORY SPECIALIST AT NORTH 40?

As a Safety and Inventory Specialist at North 40, you are committed to doing a job well – and you demonstrate that by your willingness to learn, your reliability, and your genuine interest in and support of your teammates. Additionally, you will assist the Inventory Specialist with accurately tracking products, outgoing and incoming, and other business-related needs. This position will use technology to ensure stocking levels and will report findings and discrepancies to the store leadership team.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LOSS PREVENTION INVENTORY SPECIALIST

This Full-Time position must be able to meet shift requirements mainly 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday however, working on weekends and certain holidays, between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7am to 7pm and 9am to 5pm on Sundays may be possible.
