North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA Distribution Center is looking to hire a friendly and conscientious individual to join our team as a F ull-Time Delivery Driver. Qualifications

• Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things
• Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually
• Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role
• Prepare and operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and materials by assisting in and overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks and securing its items
• Ensure vehicles are in proper working condition by performing required before, during and after operation "user maintenance" by inspecting truck tires, lights, brakes, fluids, etc.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
• Maintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updates instructions are received
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
• Comply with forklift training, safety and operation standards
• Safely operate and maintain forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required at-all-times
• Follow all company, DOT and OSHA Safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe driving record free of violations
• Recognize and prevent theft and shrinkage
• Recognize safety and security risks and remedy the situation and alert proper personnel
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER

This full-time Delivery Driver position has a consistent schedule of 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday with weekends off and consists of no overnights.
