North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT, West Location is looking to hire a knowledgeable and detailed individual to join our team as a F ull-Time Archery Technician Associate. Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually

• Ability to educate our customers on our products
• Knowledge and passion for archery and the products
• Must be able to provide phenomenal customer service for our North 40 guests
• Good communication; easily able to engage with other people on a regular basis, being approachable and patient with even beginner outdoor enthusiasts
• Ability to work any scheduled shift within our hours of operation including weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently, spend up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving, climbing and kneeling on concrete or hard surfaces; use of ladders and rolling staircases. Consistent adherence to safety standards
• Understanding of correct lifting techniques

You play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, accurate product information, and solution recommendations for our customer’s needs. You enjoy interacting with people and sharing your knowledge about working and playing in the outdoors. To support maintaining an impressive environment for our customers, you will help with stocking and merchandising product, and safeguarding company assets. WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ARCHERY TECHNICIAN ASSOCIATE

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
