North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WA is searching for an analytical and precision-focused Inventory Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. As our Inventory Specialist, you would be responsible for all aspects of the store inventory using the A.I.M. (Active Inventory Management) System under the direction of the Loss Prevention department, in partnership with the store management team, all while maintaining outstanding customer service and safeguarding company assets. Knowledge of farm store merchandise and sporting goods, and/or a history in inventory management may prove helpful.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of POS systems and applications, computers and Windows programs
• Ability to communicate clearly and timely with internal managers and team members
• Understanding of how to work independently and with team
• Ability to multitask, plan and execute priorities
• Concerned with details, accuracy, and organization
• Customer focused
• Proven record of reliability and attendance
• Knowledge of correct lifting techniques
• Physical ability to walk, reach, use of arms, abdominal and lower back muscles to stand in one spot for prolonged periods and ability to lift 30 pounds on a frequent basis and greater on an infrequent basis and spend 100% of work time standing and moving
• Must be able to meet shift requirements mainly 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday however, working on weekends and certain holidays, between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7am to 7pm and 9am to 5pm on Sundays may be possible.
