    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    90% – DAILY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manage a construction web-based software that allows project stakeholders to work and collaborate from anywhere on construction documents
    • Manage accounting system to include invoice approval, contract/change order entry
    • Create and issue construction documents to include contracts, change orders, master service agreements, task orders and manage RFIs, submitting, and certificates of insurance
    • Manage the sales force system for project data to include creating and maintaining project data electronically through all stages of the project
    • Receive visitors at the front desk, answer and channel incoming calls, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and all other administrative tasks assigned

      

    10% – EVERYTHING ELSE

    • Collect draw submissions for bank review to include General Contractors pay applications and lien waivers

    WHAT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

    • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
    • Advanced level skill set using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Writer
    • Experience using Google Applications, DocuSign, Yardi and PlanGrid
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Responsible attitude, confidence, autonomy, productivity and the ability to case ahead and find what will be due
    • Ability to work with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities
    • Results driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
