    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    75% – DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work closely with Sourcing Executive to identify opportunities through database mining and monitoring
    • Fill out & submit detailed, complex packages according to client requirements
    • Project Management- Coordinate vendor services including those necessary for the pursuit, design, entitlement and construction of a project.
    • Daily database review
    • Vet new requirements through broker or agency conversations; determine feasibility of pursuit
    • Compare agency requirements against viable on or off market properties
    • Call on properties to confirm they can be purchased, and that the details meet the government requirements
    • Respond to detailed RFP's through research and obtaining information from property sellers

    25% – EVERYTHING ELSE

    • Navigate online submission software to ensure compliant submissions
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract management, accounting, and project management responsibilities are managed in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and submit packages to clients highlighting the available options for each requirement
    • Lead tours and “sell” the prospective tenant on the location
    • Create real estate solutions for government requirements by locating on and off-market properties.
    • Meet with property owners, confirm a willingness to sell, and put properties under contract
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Technological proficiency required; digital document creation and maintenance, cloud shared resources, online portal navigation, excel modeling, virtual meetings, etc.
    • Commercial real estate experience; property management, leasing, purchasing or selling experiences desired
    • Working knowledge and understanding of a basic real estate proforma
    • Creative, solution-oriented thinking skills to face typically non-creative, rigid tenant profiles
    • Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations accordingly
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer service/consulting/collaborating skills
    • Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of employees and develop relationships to assist in managing the requirements of the job

    WHAT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

    • 5+ years of commercial brokerage, management, construction, design or other CRE-related experience
    • Some project-based exposure to a CRE transaction; i.e. tenant build-out, building design, project management, or transactional experience in a leading or supporting role
