WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage accounting system to include invoice approval, contract/change order entry
- Create and issue construction documents to include contracts, change orders, master service agreements, task orders and manage RFIs, submitting, and certificates of insurance
- Receive visitors at the front desk, answer and channel incoming calls, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and all other administrative tasks assigned
- Collect draw submissions for bank review to include General Contractors pay applications and lien waivers
- Provide general administrative support such as writing letters, memos, forms along with expense report management and monthly reconciliation
- Assist with data entry and front-end lease administration
- Document management
- Scheduling calls, meetings, and rescheduling conflicts
- File and track invoices for payment
- Track market activity and proposal data in Salesforce
- Assist in the preparation of regular reporting
- Assist with execution and management of contracts and front-end lease administration
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
- Detail focused with great organizational skills
- Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
- Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties
- Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
- Sensitive to confidential information and matters
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in lease administration, legal document management, or real estate is a plus
