    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    85% – Daily Functions

    • Development of compelling, professional visual design to communicate to and educate clients, stakeholders and the public
    • Work products may include: traditional print graphics (posters, flyers, direct mailers reports); digital graphics (social media posts, email campaigns, surveys; presentations); interactive media (gifs, video); web design; and branding (logos, style guides).

    15% – Everything else

    • Interpret and distill highly technical information for mainstream audiences
    • Perform other duties as needed

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Strong technical and creative skills
    • Self starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to collaborate with other team members
    • Personable and energetic
    • Flexibility to work on a wide range of project types

    WHAT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or relevant work experience, plus 1-3 years of design experience
    •  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
    •  Experience and knowledge of Premier and After Effects a plus but not required
    •  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google applications
    •  Knowledge of Wordpress CRM a plus but not required
    •  Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time management skills
