We are looking for a high-performing, strategically minded, and operationally driven BUSINESS ANALYST to lead the technology advancement and adoption of our supply chain solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Identify business requirements, evaluate technology products and services, create the strategy and solution to meet corporate objectives
• Research and meet with available technology vendors, assess performance and suitability
• Collaborate with vendors on test and go live plan, and lead the deployment both in-house and at customers
• Provide trainings, presentations, reporting, best practices, and technical support to onboard new users and improve technology adoption
• Advocate for customers to improve their user experience
• Liaise between technology and other business functions to create values
• Monitor technology trends and market intelligence through data analytics

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in technical or business discipline, OR a minimum of four years' work experience performing substantially similar essential functions
• You possess a minimum of 2 years work experience performing substantially similar essential functions
• You demonstrate effective oral ,written, and presentation skills
• You're a values-centered person with a relentless focus on leadership, growth, and service.
• You have grit and an unwavering emphasis on changing the status quo, and are committed to finding the right way, not just the way you knew yesterday.
