    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    75% DAILY FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible for coordinating meetings, team events, and travel arrangements.
    • Monitor and reply to departmental inquiries
    • Process incoming mail
    • Process drug and background screening
    • Perform various administrative tasks for payroll & benefits
    • Conduct phone screening of candidates
    • Coordinate and participate in hiring brand awareness initiatives including but not limited to: networking, career fair and seminars

    25% OTHER TASKS

    • Assist with data analysis, collection and formation of reporting
    • Assist with compliance audits
    • Performs other duties consistent with the position

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multi-task and establish priority of work.
    • Applies critical thinking, problem solving skills, and evaluates the level of sensitivity, risk and confidentiality of the work being performed in order to see it through to a resolution.
    • Detail oriented problem-solver.
    • Able to work collaboratively as a team & independently.
    • Must be team oriented, enjoy working with people, and be proactive, flexible, and have the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment.

    WHAT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
    • 1+ years experience in a Human Resources capacity.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • General administrative support preferred.
