    Job Summary:

    As a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing administrative functions related to direct-to-consumer accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and customer communication. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining efficient and accurate account management.

    What you'll do:

    • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks related to direct-to-consumer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and order processing.
    • Monitor and maintain documentation related to customer orders, ensuring timely and correct handling by employees.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment in meeting daily/weekly/monthly and yearly business objectives related to direct-to-consumer accounts.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly related to customer account management and order processing.
    • Manage and maintain accurate daily end-of-shift reports and performance updates related to direct-to-consumer accounts.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address any account-related issues and provide necessary administrative support.
    • Assist in setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing administrative coaching to employees involved in direct-to-consumer account management.
    • Enforce understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures related to customer account management and documentation.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in account coordination or customer service functions, is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and order processing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and customer communication.
    • Dependable with a good attendance record to ensure consistent administrative support for direct-to-consumer accounts.
    • Intermediate math and computer skills are necessary for managing account-related documentation and communication.
    • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or as needed to support administrative functions for direct-to-consumer accounts.
