Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager Assistant Controller! You will be responsible for promoting the company's guiding principles through coaching and personal example. You will also provide leadership and coordination of the company's financial planning, debt financing, cash investments and budget managing functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote company's guiding principles through coaching and personal example
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
• Assist in preparation of budgets and review budget proposals
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors as well as external tax consultant
• Arrange audits for Company's accounts
• Manage and develop fixed asset accounting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA preferred
• CPA preferred
• Deadline and detail-oriented
