    NorthSight Recovery is an outpatient behavioral health agency seeking clinical therapists to join the Tempe and Mesa teams!

    We offer therapists the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Therapists at NorthSight have a voice. Our caseloads are manageable and our trained clinical staff have input on curriculum development and service delivery methodologies. We prioritize professional development and support our staff in skill development including clinical supervision, continuing education, reimbursement, and opportunities to present our work at conferences and community events.

    At this time we are seeking therapists licensed at the independent- or associa te-level (LPC, LISAC, LCSW) ** **** or who are eligible for licensure (LAC, LASAC, LMSW).**

    The therapist is responsible for completing intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing individual and group therapy. The therapist is responsible for maintaining clinical documentation that meets the state's requirements. The therapist engages in ongoing professional development through online resources, clinical supervision, or other continuing educational activities.

    The Clinical Therapist:

    • Collaborates with the client and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective service plan, takes time to explain the available clinical options to the client and their natural supports and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the options
    • Maintains a manageable caseload with clients in IOP and/or OP levels of care with individual and group modalities
    • Provides clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical code(s), rules, and regulations
    • Assists in screening and coordinating integrated services for clients
    • Participates in individual and group supervision that meet the standards set by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and in accordance with organizational policy
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    Master’s Degree** in Behavioral Health field (psychology, counseling, or social work). Independently licensed (LPC, LISAC, LCSW) or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LASAC, LMSW). Supervision can be provided.

    At least one-year full-time behavioral health experience

    Completion of background check

    CPR and first aid certifications

    Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time
